MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If within 5 days of receiving your Product you are not completely satisfied, call us and we will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number. You can then Return the Product to us in the same condition we Shipped it and we will promptly Refund your Full Purchase Price less Restocking Fee 30% of Total Purchase Amount. Shipping and customized Merchandise are Non-Refundable. .

Each of our Items is carefully Handmade by Artisans and Skilled Craftsmen; therefore, variations in Finishes, Castings, Symmetry, and detailing are anticipated and expected.

DAMAGE AND SHORTAGES
If an Item is received Damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Package so that a claim may be Processed. Report the Damage to the Delivery Service Driver if possible. You will be issued an RMA Number. Please hold the Original Packing materials and Damaged Merchandise for Inspection otherwise no Claim, Replacement, or Refund can be honored. In the case where Merchandise must be returned to us for Inspections you will be charged for the Replacement until the Damaged Product has been Returned and Inspected. It is your responsibility to get the Damaged Goods back to us.

Items are not always Shipped as a Single Unit. In the case of Product shortage, consult the Packing Slip for Backorder Information. If your missing Product is not on Backorder, Contact FashionTavern.com immediately for further Instructions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with the Quality of your Product, call us within 5 days to arrange for Refund or Exchange. You will be issued an RMA Number to Return the Merchandize. For your protection, Returned Packages must be insured for the value of your Merchandise. Repack Items carefully in the Original Packing material and Prepay and insure the Shipping (Please note that you are responsible for the safe Return of Merchandise and for all Shipping Costs) Customized Merchandise in Non-Refundable.

Shipping and Handling are Non-Refundable. Special Order Items are all those that we do not normally Stock or those made or Ordered specifically to fill your Order. Please by all means if you have any questions about a Product you would like to Purchase call us so we may assist you and answer all your questions before Ordering. Make sure the Style, Finish, and Size of the Piece will work for you before you Order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Handbag should be Wrapped Originally like the time you will be receiving it. No Damages should caused to the Handbag which you would like to Return or Exchange. All the Equipments for e.g.:- Care Book, Receipt, Tags etc. should be Shipped along with the Handbag.

We will email you with the Shipping Address. Once the Item is received, and the Product has not been Worn or Tampered with; We will provide the Refund or Exchange to you. In Case you choose to have a Refund, a Sum of 30US$ for Shipping and Handling Fees will not be Refunded.

A Refund could take up to 10-15 days to be posted onto your Credit Cards.
